Ok, I've just released an update that ensures the custom domain is always used regardless of what URL you're accessing Bidsketch from. Also, I added a "log in" link on verification of the custom domain.

Just a heads up....

In order for the custom domain to work for me I had to logout and then log back in to Bidsketch using my custom domain as my Bidsketch URL after I made the CNAME changes. In other words, I had to log into Bidsketch using proposals.mydomain.com as my Bidsketch URL and not myaccount.bidsketch.com. If I don't log into Bidsketch this way, my proposal emails reflect myaccount.bidsketch.com and not proposals.mydomain.com. Hope this helps.
