Currently, Freshbooks and Highrise integration is complete but next up are Basecamp and Harvest. I've got some customers who'd love to sign up for BidSketch, but they'd need API integrations with some providers that you don't support. They'd prefer to go with BidSketch, but if an API is too far in the future, they may have to break down and go with one of your competitors. I actually have discussed this with a couple of users, it's come up a few times already (even in beta). If things go well at around the half year mark I'd like to release a light weight API to enable access to the most important information users might want. A 3rd party 'plugin' integration, built using your app's published API, may not provide as elegant a solution as a built-in integration -- it may have to run on the desktop in batch mode rather than in real time, for instance -- but it's a better 'story' and will give those customers who need an 'X' system integration a way forward, besides switching to another solution.
