Who’s Behind Bidsketch?

Bidsketch was originally founded as a single person company in south Florida on November 2009.

Since then, it’s grown to help over 2,000 paying customers win billions of dollars in new business and save thousands hours in the process.

We focus on three things:

  • Customer service - we work hard to keep you happy.
  • Usability - we streamlined our online service to save you hours on each proposal.
  • Education - we regularly share specific to help you win more business.

We know that it takes more than software to help you become more successful, and it’s our passion to help you get there.

The Team

About Ruben

Originally a software developer, Ruben bootstrapped Bidsketch while working full time and was quickly able to grow it into a profitable business. He spent several years working for a billion dollar payroll company. There he helped build and manage a custom proposal system that was used to regularly win seven and eight figure deals.

After learning about the psychology behind closing large deals and helping friends with their client meetings, he decided to make it his mission to take away the pain from the proposal process.
